1. When the push-button switch is installed on the panel, it should be arranged reasonably and neatly. It can be arranged from top to bottom or from left to right according to the starting sequence of the motor.
2. The button plate and button box must be made of metal, and try to connect them with the general grounding bus of the machine tool. For hanging buttons, a special grounding wire must be provided, and metal pipes cannot be used as the grounding wire.
3. The button switch with indicator light is easy to deform the plastic lampshade due to the heat of the bulb, so the bulb voltage should be reduced to prolong the service life.
4. The "Stop" button must be red, the "Emergency Stop" button must be red mushroom-headed, and the "Start" button should be provided with a protective retaining ring, which must be higher than the button head, so as to avoid accidental touching and misoperation of electrical equipment.
5. The button switch shall be installed and fixed firmly, and the wiring shall be reliable. Usually, the red button means stop, and the green or black button means start or power on. Don't make a mistake when installing.
6. Because the distance between the contacts of the button switch is small, once it is stained with stains such as oil pollution, it will be prone to short circuit failure, so keep the contacts clean.
7. When the button is used in high-temperature occasions, it is easy to deform and age the plastic, which will lead to looseness, causing short circuit between wiring screws. Insulated plastic pipes can be added at the wiring screws to prevent short circuit.
